Copyright and Protected Methods

The SIANS Method® and the QUEST Method™ are original frameworks created and owned by Tarochi Tarot Ltd.
These methods, along with all related course content, written materials, videos, and resources, are protected by copyright, trademark, and intellectual property law.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, adapt, teach, or use these methods commercially without prior written permission from Tarochi Tarot Ltd.
Unauthorised use of these materials or methods may result in legal action.

You are granted limited personal use of these materials solely for your own tarot study and practice. This permission does not extend to teaching, republishing, or redistributing any part of the content under any name or format.

Courses

Tarochi Tarot – Course Terms and Conditions

Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all online courses, programs, and digital products (“Courses”) provided by Tarochi Tarot Ltd (“we”, “us”, or “our”).
By purchasing or accessing a Course, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Course Access
Upon purchase, you will receive instant access to the Course materials via our online platform.
Access is provided for your personal use only and must not be shared, distributed, or transferred to others.
We reserve the right to revoke access if we believe the content has been misused or shared without permission.

Refund Policy
You’ll receive immediate access to digital course materials once payment is completed. By proceeding, you acknowledge that this access begins immediately and that you waive your 14-day right to cancel under UK consumer law.

However, Tarochi Tarot offers a 5-day goodwill refund policy. You may request a refund within 5 calendar days of purchase, provided that:

You have completed less than 10% of the Course content, and
Your refund request is received within the 5-day window.

After this period, all sales are final, and no refunds will be issued for any reason.

Digital Content and Intellectual Property
All Course materials — including videos, written guides, imagery, and resources — are the intellectual property of Tarochi Tarot Ltd and protected by copyright law.
You may not copy, share, reproduce, or distribute any materials without written permission.
Access to the Course does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

Course Updates and Access Duration
We may update or enhance Course materials at any time to improve quality and learning outcomes.
You will retain access to updated content for as long as the Course remains available on our platform.
We reserve the right to retire or replace older versions of Courses with prior notice.

Disclaimers
All Courses and materials are provided for educational and entertainment purposes only.
We make no guarantees of specific outcomes, earnings, or results.
Nothing in our content constitutes medical, legal, or financial advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and interpretations.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tarochi Tarot Ltd shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our Courses or materials.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Course.

Payment and Security
All payments are processed securely through Kajabi Payments, powered by Stripe Payments UK, Ltd.
We do not store or have access to your full payment details.
By purchasing a Course, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

By purchasing a Course, you acknowledge that these Terms form a legally binding agreement with Tarochi Tarot Ltd, a company registered in the UK.
If you are located outside the UK, you retain any mandatory consumer rights provided under the laws of your own country of residence.

Any disputes or claims arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

Tarot Learning Community (TLC)

Terms & Conditions – 30-Day Free Trial and Monthly Subscription

Free Trial Period
Your free trial gives you 30 days of full access to the Tarochi Tarot Community. No payment will be taken during the trial period.

Subscription Renewal
After the 30-day trial ends, your membership will automatically renew and your chosen payment method will be charged the regular subscription fee (as shown on the checkout page), unless you cancel before the trial ends.

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your trial or subscription at any time.
To cancel:

Log in to your Tarochi Tarot account.
Go to Settings → Billing Info → Cancel Subscription.
Alternatively, you can email [email protected] for assistance.

No refunds will be issued once a paid subscription period begins, so please ensure you cancel before the trial ends if you do not wish to continue.

Availability and Support
Whilst the Community host/admin does their best to answer as many questions as possible, they may not always be available to respond immediately.
Members are encouraged to practice with each other, share insights, and support one another within the community.

Ceasing the Community
Tarochi Tarot Ltd reserves the right to cancel or cease the Tarot Learning Community at any time.
Under such circumstances, the Company Director will make every reasonable effort to inform members with as much notice as possible.
If the Community is closed, any remaining paid membership period will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

Holidays and Downtime
If the Community host/admin takes a holiday and no cover is available, members will be notified in advance and compensated accordingly for the number of weekday days the host is away.
Compensation will typically be applied as a partial refund or credit towards the following month’s membership.

Support Hours
Help is available Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm GMT, excluding public holidays.

Q&A Sessions
Group Q&A discussions are held once per month and are included in your membership.
These sessions provide an opportunity to ask questions, gain feedback, and learn from others in real time.
Sessions may be recorded where possible in case members miss the live session.

Community Guidelines
All members are expected to treat each other with respect and kindness.
Any behaviour deemed abusive, disruptive, or inappropriate may result in removal from the community without refund.

Access and Availability
Occasionally, the community platform may be unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues.
We’ll do our best to notify members in advance of any planned downtime.

Personal Use Only
Your membership is for your personal use only and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.

Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.
The most current version will always be available on our website.

Tarot Coaching Service Agreement

By booking a coaching session, you (the “Client”) agree to the following terms with Tarochi Tarot Ltd (“the Coach”):

Nature of Coaching

Coaching is an educational and mentoring service designed to support your tarot learning and confidence using the SIANS Method® and QUEST Method™. It is not therapy, counselling, or medical treatment. The Coach makes no guarantees regarding personal or professional outcomes; you remain responsible for your own decisions and results.

Fees and Payment

Coaching sessions are charged at £300 per hour for the first session and £250 per hour for any follow-up sessions.
Payment is due in full at the time of booking.
All sessions are delivered online unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellations, Refunds & Disputes

All bookings are non-refundable, as your time is reserved exclusively for you.

Refunds will only be issued if:

The Coach cancels the session,
The Coach arrives more than 15 minutes late, or
The Coach personally experiences a technical fault (e.g. loss of internet connection or device failure on the Coach’s side) that prevents the session from taking place.

If the Client cancels with less than 48 hours’ notice, arrives more than 10 minutes late, or fails to attend, the session will be charged in full and considered complete.

If technical issues occur on the Client’s side (including poor internet connection, device malfunction, or inability to access the meeting platform), the session may be terminated and will be charged at the full rate.

By booking this session, the Client agrees that these terms are fair and binding and that refunds will not be provided under any other circumstances.

Confidentiality

All personal information shared during coaching sessions is treated as strictly confidential and will not be disclosed to any third party without your consent, except as required by law.

Intellectual Property

All materials, methods, and teachings — including the SIANS Method™ — remain the sole intellectual property of Tarochi Tarot Ltd and may not be copied, recorded, or distributed without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

The Coach is not liable for any direct or indirect loss, damage, or injury arising from participation in coaching sessions. Coaching is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Scotland, England, Wales, and Northern Ireland.

By booking this session, the Client acknowledges that these Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement with Tarochi Tarot Ltd, and that the laws of the United Kingdom apply regardless of the Client’s country or state of residence.

Any disputes or claims arising out of this Agreement shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United Kingdom.

By completing this booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
